Yes.
You need a simple CRM.
What's really going on
You get 10–50 inquiries a month across a web form and WhatsApp, split between 2–3 people. That's not a volume problem — it's a memory problem. A client asks for a quote on WhatsApp, someone replies from their phone, and three weeks later nobody knows if we sent the render or who's chasing. At AED 30k–200k per stand, one dropped thread pays for the tool for a decade.
What to do instead
- Zoho Bigin — free for 1 user, paid tier low per user (check current pricing in AED) — one pipeline with stages: Inquiry → Site visit → Quote sent → Follow-up → Won/Lost. Every lead gets a card, every card gets an owner.
- Wati — paid monthly (check current pricing) — shared WhatsApp inbox so all three of you see the same client thread instead of it living on one phone. Connects to Bigin.
- Today, before anything else: open a Google Sheet, list every open inquiry from the last 30 days, write the client name, show name, quote value, and whose job it is to reply next. Do this in 30 minutes. That sheet is your CRM until Bigin is set up this week.
What you're being oversold
Someone will pitch you HubSpot or Salesforce. Wrong stage — you'll pay AED 1,500+/month for dashboards you won't open. Avoid Twilio too; it's a developer toolkit, not an inbox. The real cost of doing nothing isn't the tool fee — it's the quote you forgot to send during a busy show week, when one stand is worth more than a car.
When to revisit this
When you hire a fourth person or start running more than one show week at the same time.
The part worth getting right
The one call: is WhatsApp your main sales channel, or just a convenience? If most quotes actually get won on WhatsApp, you need Wati and Bigin from day one — the shared inbox IS the pipeline. If WhatsApp is really just "send me the PDF" and real selling happens on site visits and email, Bigin alone is enough and Wati is money burned. Get this wrong and you either miss threads for another six months, or pay for a channel tool you barely use.
