Yes.
You need a simple CRM.
What's really going on
You're not a solo hustler with ten leads. You're juggling many manufacturers, many dealer accounts, and three or four touch channels per account. The real leak isn't new signups — it's the follow-up on existing accounts that quietly stop reordering. When you can't see, at a glance, "who haven't I touched in 45 days" or "who bought the spring promo last year," you lose reorders you already earned.
What to do instead
- Pipedrive (~$14-15/user/mo — check current pricing) — one pipeline for "new accounts," a second for "reorder cycles." Its mobile app is the point: log the visit from the parking lot before you forget.
- HubSpot Free CRM (free) — if you'd rather not pay yet, its free tier tracks every email you send from Gmail/Outlook and shows you last-contact dates per account. Slower to set up, but $0.
- Today, in the next 30 minutes: open a sheet, list every active dealer, and put the date of your last real contact next to each name. That sheet becomes your import file for whichever tool you pick.
What you're being oversold
Anyone pitching you Salesforce, Zoho One, or a "furniture industry" vertical CRM at $80+/seat is selling you a headquarters when you need a truck. You're one rep. You need last-contact dates, a reorder cadence, and email templates that merge in company specials — nothing more. Doing nothing costs you the reorders from accounts that drift because six weeks passed and you didn't notice.
When to revisit this
When you catch yourself surprised that a dealer hasn't ordered in three months — that's the pipeline telling you it needs to exist outside your head.
The part worth getting right
The fork is your email volume. If your "mass individualized" sends are under a few hundred a month, Pipedrive's built-in email + templates handle it and you're done. If you're blasting thousands a month with product photos and promo sheets, a plain CRM will choke and get you flagged as spam — you need the CRM for accounts and a separate sending tool (Mailchimp, Brevo) wired to it. Pick wrong and you either overpay for marketing features you won't use, or you outgrow the setup in 90 days and rebuild.
