  2. Instagram Quick Replies — free — go to Settings → Business → Quick Replies and save a templated first response. This cuts your DM reply time to under 30 seconds, which is where most leads are lost.
  3. A habit — same-time triage — every day at 9 AM and 6 PM, open both WhatsApp and Instagram, clear all "New Inquiry" labels, and move anything replied to its next label. Two minutes, twice a day.

What to ignore

Zoho Bigin and Freshsales reps will tell you otherwise; ignore them until you've outgrown a label system.
