No.
You don't need a CRM. You need labels and a habit.
What's really going on
You have fewer than 10 conversations a month across two apps you already own. That's not a pipeline problem — it's a memory problem. The risk isn't losing a lead in a system; it's forgetting to reply to the DM you read at 11pm. A CRM won't fix that. A place to write things down will.
What to do instead
- WhatsApp Business app (free) — use the built-in labels: "Novo", "Conversando", "Fechado", "Sumiu". That's your pipeline.
- Google Sheets (free) — one tab, five columns: nome, canal, o que quer, próximo passo, data. Every new lead gets a row the same day.
- Habit — once a day, 5 minutes, open the sheet and ask "quem eu devo responder hoje?"
Do this in the next 30 minutes: install WhatsApp Business (if you're still on the normal app), migrate your number, and create the four labels above. Then open Sheets and type the last 10 people who talked to you into the five columns.
What you're being oversold
Anyone pitching you Wati, Respond.io, or a "CRM para WhatsApp" at your volume is selling a truck to carry a backpack. Those tools earn their price at hundreds of messages a month with a team — not at 10 with one person. Doing nothing costs you the odd lead you forget to reply to; a R$300/month tool would cost you more than those leads are worth unless each one is a big-ticket sale.
When to revisit this
When you're missing replies because you can't keep up — or when volume crosses ~30 inquiries a month and one channel starts to dominate.
The part worth getting right
The one call is what a "lead" is worth to you. If you're selling R$50 things to friends, the sheet is forever — don't spend a real on software. If a single closed deal is worth R$2.000+, then even one forgotten DM a month pays for something smarter, and the right first upgrade depends on whether most of the noise comes from WhatsApp or from Instagram. Those two roads split fast.
